Our delivery service is available within selected delivery zones. Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the recipient's distance from our store using our delivery radius system.

Same Day Delivery

We offer same-day delivery for eligible orders placed before our daily cut-off time.

Orders received after the cut-off time may be delivered on the next available delivery date.

During holidays, peak floral seasons, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and other high-volume periods, delivery times may be extended.

Delivery Fees

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery location and distance from our store.

Leave the flowers in a safe location when appropriate.
Leave the flowers with a concierge, receptionist, or household member.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address results in a failed delivery attempt, additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.

Severe weather, road conditions, traffic disruptions, and other circumstances beyond our control may impact delivery schedules.

In such cases, Arlen Flower will make every effort to complete deliveries as quickly as possible.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Requests to modify or cancel an order should be submitted as soon as possible.

Once an order has been designed, prepared, or dispatched for delivery, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

We take pride in the quality and freshness of our flowers. If you believe your order arrived damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
